Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst for a hybrid role based in Miami Lakes, FL, with a requirement to work onsite two days a week. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with specific expertise in SAP and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This is a temporary project position with an expected duration of 12 months, with the possibility of extension(s).

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Work closely with IT and other business units to solve real-time technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure solutions are well documented.
  • Technical Solution Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of the technical solutions being delivered, analyzing and identifying potential failure points.
  • Process Documentation: Ensure all business processes are thoroughly documented, supporting informed decision-making within the business unit.
  • Operational Analysis: Conduct basic operational analyses to support decision-making, under the guidance of a Senior Business Analyst or immediate supervisor.
  • Special Projects & Research: Take on small to medium special projects, involving quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in end-to-end user acceptance testing, including executing test scripts, accurately reporting defects, and efficiently retesting to ensure quality.
  • Agile Methodology: Work within an Agile program development methodology to meet project goals and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Onsite Availability: Must be available to work 2 days/week at the client's site in Miami Lakes, FL (required).
  • Experience:
  • 1-3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Familiarity with Agile program development methodology.
  • Experience with application testing processes for internal and external applications.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end user acceptance testing, including test script execution, defect reporting, and retesting.
  • Local Candidates Only: Must be currently registered and located in Miami Lakes, FL. Candidates from other locations or considering relocation will not be considered.
  • Identification Requirement: Candidates must be able to provide identification if requested for an interview. The individual interviewing must be the same person who will be assigned to work with the client.
