Job Description:

  • This position reports to the Materials Supervisor.
  • This position will work with the procurement team and be responsible for purchasing rapid testing components and operational supplies will the support the team as follows.
  • The incumbent will be expected to follow standard practices and procedures.


Essential Responsibilities include

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain with 0-2 years of experience
  • Must have a practical working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems: PRMS and Oracle working knowledge is preferred.
  • Placing new or expediting existing orders.
  • Basic Microsoft skills, ERP (Oracle/SAP) experience in procuring perishable or background in the medical industry.
  • Notifies suppliers of change in order revisions, forecast or any deviations to ensure they are producing to the most up to date drawings, demand and certificates.
