**Responsibilities:**

**Tools:**

* Manage Service Tool Program by issuing P.O.s for Shop and Technician tools (new, replacement & replacement;

* facilitating tool repairs;

* keeping track of tools via technician tool inventories and shop tool sign out procedure;

* generate monthly purchase report for Area Service Leaders review

**Safety:**

* Purchase and stock all Service Technician PPE;

* Manager PPE expiration dates and exchanges (i.e., NFPA gloves, hard hats);

* Conduct new associate training for all departments and monthly in-person training for service and contracting technicians;

* Conduct Gensuite safety inspections (AED-daily, eyewash stations & oil disposal area-weekly, fire extinguisher & emergency exit signs-monthly, warehouse-monthly, ladders & office first aid kit-quarterly);

* Manage Gensuite Concerns Report;

* Conduct monthly Safety Rap sessions;

* Administer Honolulu Safety Points program

**Warehouse:**

* Check-in and stage job parts (to include stocking shelves and moving pallets with forklifts);

* Organize and keep clean Service area of warehouse and service tool room (to include arranging/loading scrap metal that goes to metal recycler, cutting up and disposing equipment creating and broken pallets, manager filter inventory);

* Ordering and staging large air filter orders;

* Picking up/delivering parts and taking equipment for coating when needed;

* Managing refrigerant cylinder disposal and recovered refrigeration recycling;

* Managing oil disposal program;

* Palletizing and delivering outer island tools/equipment traveling via barge;

* Palletizing/packaging and shilling all warranty returns;

* Hazardous material shipper

* Receive and stage Contracting and New Equipment Sales shipments

**Refrigerant Management:**

* Input all purchases and refrigerant activity reports

* Conduct monthly technician and warehouse refrigerant inventories;

* Maintain, label and keep track of retest dates for all recovery cylinders

**Miscellaneous:**

* Assist with technician vehicle requirements to include pick up/drop off if necessary, obtaining vehicle loading zone permits, and applying/removing decals (ie contractors license number);

* Spearhead office community activities) annual Making Strides Breast Cancer walk, Earth Week Sheris Kids

This role has been designated as On-Site In-person required. Work must be done on-site daily. ?
