As a company, Aesthetic Partners strives to hire talented and professional individuals across our brands and invest in their continued professional development.We seek a FULL TIME Medical Assistant who wants to work for excellent compensation and benefits in an established, fast-growing general/aesthetic dermatology practice in Boca Raton.Travel to our Fort Lauderdale location may be required.Required Background 2+ years of MA experience in dermatology REQUIRED Experience maintaining and updating patients medical records is required. Experience following up with patients/clients regarding treatments, test results, prescription fulfillment and insurance is required. Experience with cosmetic dermatology treatments is not required but is preferred. Required Skills Knowledge of common dermatology terms, conditions and treatments. Understanding of HIPAA & OSHA regulations. Clear, concise communication skills. Ability to listen to and gain the confidence of patients. Meticulous attention to detail and organization skills. Team player with high energy. Strong sense of professionalism, courtesy, and respect for customers and team members. Knowledge of Nextech (EMR) a plus Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments in an organized fashion. Standard working hours are 830am-5pm Monday through Friday and 1-2 Saturday clinics per month from 9am-2pm. There are some fluctuations in the schedule. Fluent in English, with excellent writing and grammatical skills. Benefits: Uniform provided Continuing education provided. Paid time off for full time employees.
