Responsibilities of a Marketing Associate generally include: Develop proposals (write, copyedit, and proofread), qualifications packages, outlines, and agendas. Proofread and copyedit marketing materials. Manage large amounts of information. Mentor junior staff on proposal development and assist with maintaining the proposal schedule. Search for, identify, and distribute proposal solicitations as directed by the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director. Travel to other offices, conferences, trade shows, and career fairs on occasion. Create and deliver press releases. Develop social media program and content. Work with the Marketing Manager and Director to strategize and oversee the procurement of photo and video assets. Recommend, implement, and maintain website. Create and deliver marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic. Establish and maintain working relationships with other D&K staff and external teaming partners. Serve as an effective team member of the Marketing Division.
