Accounts Payable Coordinator , you will be working within the larger Accounting Department and be responsible for handling vender payments, investigating payment discrepancies, and filing other financial records. Requirements: Minimum 3years’ experience in an accounting role; preferably handling accounts payable. Minimum 1 years’ experience using CargoWise One ERP system is preferred. Proficiencywith Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel. Excellent communications skills. Responsibilities: Research, track, and resolve accounting discrepancies. Scan and sort invoices, checks, deposits, account statements, and other financial files. Process high volumes ofbills for payment and issue checks. Open mail and match payments to invoices. Record business transactions and key daily worksheets in the general ledger system. Review statements and payments for accuracy. Ensure vendoracceptance of payments or refunds. Assist vendors with questions on outstanding invoices. Work with internal teams such as AR, General Expense, Freight Release, and others to resolve AP responsibilities. $22-$28/hour dependent on transferable experienceand education level. Hybrid work schedule (1-day a week working from home); laptop provided by OEC Group 10-days PTO (Paid Time Off), Employee Appreciation Days, Paid Holidays, Sick/Flextime.
