Job Description: Responsibilities: Onboarding / New Hire Orientation. Collecting and verifying I-9s. Communications New Hire & Stakeholders. Offboarding. Maintain Employee Records. HR Systems Support. Provide training and consultation regarding system issues & transactions. Data Integrity / Audits. Compliance. nswer general HR questions from employees and managers. Day-to-day inquiries, including policies and procedures. Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, Facilities, Payroll, etc. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes. Escalate, as appropriate. Requirements: Highly accurate and attention to detail. bility to deal effectively with multiple tasks. ble to work under stress and handle workload with flexibility. dherence to deadlines & time management skills. Problem solver. Structured approach, ability to prioritize. Hands on involvement & proactive attitude. Comfortable and discrete dealing with confidential matters. Feeling comfortable working with minimum supervision. Familiar with working in different time zones. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience required. Strong project and process management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong customer service, critical thinking skills, and ability to see the big picture. Experience on a globally distributed, matrixed team. Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures. Workday HCM experience required. Compliance experience is a plus. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite. HR experience in high tech, finance/banking, or medical industries strongly preferred. Bachelors degree in business, HR or related field or equivalent.
