Looking for a career and not just a job Happiest when working with others.Then Come Join the Beltone Dream TeamKeys to SuccessAssist Leadership team with creating an effective plan to increase sales after evaluating the current staff sales training and coaching techniques.Meet with Leadership team to set clear sales and customer service expectations.Monitor KPIs and goals to ensure areas of improvement are not missed.Identify gaps in performance, productivity, and quality for each individual and writes recommended action plans.Provide in the moment coaching and immediate feedback to strengthen overall performance after shadowing and/or coaching sessions.Provide a schedule and arrange coaching sessions.Must regularly engage to provide strategic and customized one on one coaching.Ensures coaching is documented and completed in a fair and timely manner.Create and deliver PIPs.Create specialized plans for those needing additional coaching and shares documented plans that includes follow up with leadership.Required to create and conduct sales training for new employees.Enthusiastically respond to all customers inquiries that may be regarding price, deposit and return questions promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.Responsible to respond to questions directed to the sales department email in a timely matter.
