Our Talent Acquisition Team plays a critical role in hiring compassionate people who believe in taking care of our patients, our clients, our care providers, and each other. Partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs. Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent based on unique business needs. Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables. Utilize data and market analytics to provide status updates and hiring results to hiring managers and key stakeholders. Leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, social media, canvassing and other innovative sourcing techniques to identify stellar talent in the market. Experience you will bring: One-year experience in Recruitment or Human Resources High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of Healthcare Recruiting Experience preferred Experience pipelining and sourcing candidates Knowledge of ATS: Workday preferred Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and attention to detail skills Why Join the Elara Caring mission?
