Job Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring commissioning activities for assigned projects are performed with high quality and adhering to all Nextera Energy and FPL safety policies. Responsible for coordination and management of, EPC contractor personnel, OEM start up personnel, third party start up contractors, and operations personnel on site, as it relates to site commissioning and startup. Responsible for project reliability at operational turnover with plants exhibiting as little lost time as necessary in initial operation. Responsible for compliance with all project contractual documents to include Power Purchase Agreement and Large Generator Interconnect Agreement deliverables with local utility Ensure proper interface is made with Transmission Operators and Independent Service Operators to ensure project energization dates are achieved. Management of Clients onsite commissioning personnel Interfaces with project's designated safety, engineering, and quality control parties Performs other job-related duties as assigned
