Key Responsibilities
  • Develop knowledge of advanced building technologies and strategies related to mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to grow within the building industry or environmental sciences.
  • Learn and apply the Commissioning Process as outlined by ASHRAE Standards and Guidelines.
  • Review and analyze design and construction documents effectively.
  • Participate in equipment startup, Test & Balance, and Functional Testing activities.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
  • Utilize technical skills, including proficiency in software such as Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
  • Manage your own schedule and work independently from home.
  • Gain knowledge in the Retro-Commissioning process for existing structures.
  • Engage in learning about MEP/renewable energy design, evaluation, construction, building operations, testing, and verification.
Qualifications
  • A four-year degree in a related field, preferably in mechanical engineering.
  • 0-1 years of experience in construction, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
