Who You Are

Principle Hyundai of Boerne is looking for an exceptional Receptionist to join our rapidly growing dealerships. The receptionist will be the face of the dealership and the first impression. The receptionist must be highly motivated, think quickly, and have the ability to complete tasks and projects with little to no supervision. The receptionist must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Greet visitors and employees as they walk into the building
  • Verify appointments
  • Managing constantly shifting priorities with flexibility and accuracy
  • Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner by gathering and analyzing related information
  • Responding independently when possible
  • Will be required to scan and file
  • Restock and keep the customer lounge areas clean
  • Responsible for keeping immediate area and the surrounding area clean and tidy
Qualifications of the Receptionist:
  • 1 year of experience working as receptionist or in a customer service environment
  • Experience working a multiline phone system and have basic computer skills
  • Experience setting up/verifying appointments for clients and/or researching/answering client's questions
  • High degree of professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Must be able to provide quick turnaround of unanticipated requests
  • Must be able to prioritize and organize workflow to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain performance in high pressure situations
  • Possess a valid Driver License and clean driving record
  • Ability to clear a background check and pre-employment drug screen
