Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to collect on delinquent payments * Use problem-solving skills to achieve payment of debt * Locate consumer or follow up on a previous commitment obligations * Ensure compliance of both company and client policies * Gather data and document proper systems

Requirements: Must live in Minnesota

* High School diploma or equivalent * Fluent in Spanish is a MUST * Previous collections experience preferred but not required * Excellent phone and communication skills * Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiating skills * General PC knowledge * Positive Attitude * Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

Compensation Package Includes:
