This role is tasked with overseeing and executing brand campaigns in post sale by delivering best in class client service.Key Responsibilities:Oversee campaign execution for a specific campaignsSit within a team of client service individuals who support you and one another on campaign executionTake on client facing ownership and responsibilities alongside the Senior Account Director and Vice President to help drive consistent client communication and success in post saleJoin, lead, and support on key client meetingsManaging & working collaboratively to support new business opportunities with the clientSupport in achieving and exceeding monthly KPI targetsHave experience in influencer negotiations and communications, budget management, forecasting and tracking project costs and updating clients on spendingsAbility to help lead on creating Post Campaign Analysis reports & presenting to the client in partnership with Insights & Measurement TeamContinuously focus on best in class client service and output of work for our partnerRequirements:5 years working in an agency or brand within client services, influencer marketing, advertising, social, media and/or creativeExperience in account management, creator management, measurement, paid media and working within a revenue organizationExperience identifying and sourcing creator talentExperience with influencer negotiations and contractsExperience scoping and planning content calendar based on creator rates and client KPIsExperience in influencer and/or influencer agency outreachExperience working with travel and/or hospitality brandsHave worked across many of the social platforms including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest and and SnapExperience working on multiple campaign responsibilities and projects simultaneouslyExperience in delivering post-campaign analysis presentation and reportsExperience in reviewing legal agreements with creators and brands with an understanding of usage and payment termsExperience in revenue recognition systems and processesYou are commercially aware, detail-oriented, organized, confident, polished, dynamic and communicate exceptionally wellVery comfortable with excel and with numbers in generalYou are extremely comfortable leading client calls, presentations and conversationsYou are nimble, forward thinking, strategic and comfortable with ambiguityYou are positive, collaborative and exude leadership qualitiesExperience and knowledge of CRM tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce is a plusA general understanding for the travel competitive marketplace is a plusExperience with designing decks is a plusLove for travel space is a plus(some of our) Benefits & Perks:401k Plan (eligible after your first 90 days of employment)Medical, Dental & Vision plans provided with United HealthcareCareer Framework approach to leveling to ensure our compensation and progression is competitive22 days of Paid Time Off ( Federal Holidays which can be flexed to your needs)Office first hybrid approach with 3 days in our NY HQ (Flatiron)Yearly tenure celebrationsCompany wide offsites, seasonal celebrations and eventsAt Influencer, we're committed to cultivating an environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
