What You Will Do:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day support of CORE, our knowledge management program & Competency training offerings
  • Content Creation for CORE networks and Sales Competency Program
  • Oversee training program enrollments and ensure accurate data collection within the LMS
  • Provide reports on training program progress to key stakeholders
  • Work with third party vendors to distribute assessments for employee development
  • Deploy assessments of program effectiveness to determine the impact of training on employee skills
  • Identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 year's experience in a training & content development role
  • Experience with MS Office 365 applications and various learning/collaboration tools and technologies (i.e., SharePoint).
  • Proficient in MS Excel (managing and analyzing data, using Excel functions, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven work ethic marked by initiative, attention to detail, and self-direction. Highly organized, fast and responsive follow-through.
  • Ability to switch between project deliverables and daily tasks while maintaining a high level of quality and meets deadlines
  • Strong ability to proactively find solutions and make critical decisions while following company procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of recent experience in a training and development role
  • PowerBI and/or Workday experience a plus
