Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Physical Design engineer Position type: Full Time Duration: Full Time Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite) As an Physical Design engineer , you will: Minimum Qualifications: Experience in power delivery, power grid design and signoff Experience with power delivery networks, including on-die power gating and in-rush current profiles Understanding of RTL2GDS flow and design tape outs in 16nm/14nm or below process technologies Experience with low power implementation, power gating, multiple voltage rails, UPF/CPF knowledge Experience working with EDA tools like DC/Genus, ICC2/Innovus, Primetime, Redhawk/Voltus or Calibre Experience in power analysis and reduction using PrimeTime PX/PrimePower Good written and verbal communication skills Experience with Python, TCL, Perl programming Thank you Shikhar Goel PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range: $140- $150 K Per Year.
