Parts Sales Associate Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a warehouse, distribution, or showroom environment
  • Familiarity with HVAC and appliance parts is preferred
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with AS400 systems is a plus
  • Physical ability to assist in the warehouse as needed
Parts Sales Associate Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers at the counter by selling HVAC and appliance parts
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Handle customer inquiries and phone calls efficiently
  • Occasionally assist in the warehouse with inventory and parts management
  • Operate the AS400 computer system for order processing (training provided)
