AA Urology is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to work as the Administrative Assistant/Marketing Assistant to CEO, COO, and HR Generalist. The ideal candidate must be eager to learn, be creative, love challenges, and possess a pleasant disposition with excellent time management skills.Responsibilities:•Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.•Maintain inventory of goods, products, uniforms, and marketing material.•Placing orders for our satellite offices.•Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.•Renew certification for providers and maintain an accurate schedule for renewals.•Place service call for needed repairs to the appropriate vendor•Assist with planning, announcing, and coordinating company events including contacting various vendors for estimates.•Assist with coordinating targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with our graphic and marketing vendor.•Attend promotional invents and manage table, also door to door canvas with providers, as needed.•Provided creative ideas for various projects.•Other duties as assigned.
