Roles & Responsibilities of The Process Leader:

Ensure all GMPs are followed

Directs and guides operators and team members on proper operating procedures.

Validate that all production standards are met within assigned area.

Oversees deployment of training program in work area and assigns dedicated trainers to each new employee on area process.
·
Oversees break rotation process of employees throughout work area.
·
Ensure all employees in area are working safely. Identify and escalate any issues.

Subject matter expert for assigned area.

Identify and reduce waste

Work closely with Shift Leader on process execution
