Descripción del puesto
Mission: Implement the assigned parts of the project within his/her unit/department, in keeping with established procedures, facilitating compliance with established deadlines and coordinating the necessary resources (human and material), so as to contribute to significantly improving the project. They are responsible for the performance of work contracts. They plan, optimise and supervise the usage of resources to ensure that the construction projects are carried out on time, with the prescribed specifications and cost. Their most common duties include: Managing contracts and procuring the required permits and licenses, drawing up budget estimates, planning and setting out the phases of construction, supervising the sub-contractors' tasks and the tasks of the subordinate staff or workers, verifying the progress achieved and the quality of the work during all phases of the project, representing the company in relevant matters.

Misión:
Proporcionar liderazgo y coordinación a todos los contratantes, partes y actividades en obra. Además de ser responsable de la seguridad, la calidad, seguridad y la gestión de stakeholders.
Responsabilidades:
* Gestión del 100% de las actividades de obra.
* Seguimiento de subcontratos: certificaciones y avance
* Gestión de almacenes
* Control de HSEQ. Importante resaltar la política de Cero Accidentes.
* Colaboración permanente con cliente, así como el Departamento de Ingeniería y apoyo al Departamento de Ingeniería para encontrar las mejores soluciones técnicas.
* Colaboración con compras para adjudicación de subcontratos de obra
* Apoyo al seguimiento de la logística de suministros y servicios subcontratados.
* Controlar estados de avance para cumplimiento de plazo asignados.
* Aprobar los estados de pago de subcontratas.
* Reportes periódicos.
* Comissioning (puesta en marcha).
* Orientado a objetivos de cumplimiento de plazo y económicos.
Titulación / Formación:
* Ingeniería Técnica o Superior.
* Valorable posgrado en Energías Renovables o Construcción
* Inglés hablado y escrito
Experiencia:
* Experiencia de 5 a 8 años en proyectos. Mínimo ejecutados 2 proyectos o más de más de 50 MW full EPC
* Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo.
* Deseable experiencia trabajos Subestaciones eléctricas de más de 66KV
Conocimientos:
* Conocimiento en Gestión de Proyectos, en especial gestión de subcontratas y control real de actividades de sitio.
* Control de producción (estados de avance).
* Prevención de Riesgos laborales y Sistemas de Calidad ISO.
* Planificación de obra
* Control de costes, coordinación de proyectos.
* MS PROJECT, OFFICE,PROJECT ó PRIMAVERA. Deseable AUTOCAD
* Gestión de equipos.
