Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Setting up loan and line of credit accounts on the Banks servicing systems. Products include consumer and commercial loans and lines of credit. Performing various types of maintenance on accounts accurately and within specified timelines. Ensuring compliance with policy and procedures Presenting a professional image Knowledge: Understanding of loan documents, procedures, polices and regulations applying to either consumer or commercial loans Familiarity with loan servicing systems such as ALS or First Data Abilities: To handle multiple tasks and prioritize To work with little supervision but know when to ask for help To maintain a positive working relationship with internal business partners and teammates To take a systematic approach to organizing work To coach and train others Skills: Impeccable customer service and customer centric focus Problem-solving skills Ability to identify the root cause of a servicing issue Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong keyboarding / data entry ability Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelors degree preferred 3 or more years of work experience preferred Previous experience in the financial services industry, loan servicing preferred Physical Requirements: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with or without the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
