Provider Relations Specialist Primary Responsibility The Provider Relations Specialist will receive incoming calls from medical providers to solve billing issues. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Receive incoming calls from medical providers to solve billing issues. Create check trace requests, diary follow-up on check trace requests as necessary. Posting payments to an Excel spreadsheet. Mailing of Explanation of Benefits and return mail. Assist adjusters when bills and Explanations of Benefits are requested. Additional Functions & Responsibilities

Provide backup for the Technical Assistant. Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent One year experience in office/clerical environment Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Excellent knowledge and understanding Microsoft Office Products, Acrobat Reader, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail. A high degree of accuracy. Ability to work within and meet timed deadlines. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to manage time and work efficiently. Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
