with clear responsibilities, expectations and deliverables for each direct associate; supporting them with any need on tools, documentation or support to achieve their jobs. Train, audit and ensure the methods are followed by every Team Member following the safety practices and conditions; the goal being zero injuries. Audit and encourage people to follow all production and quality systems at all times. Promote a continuous improvement culture in order to ensure that our customers receive defect free products and that first time through quality is world class. Support the Supervisor on any line or product problem-solving communicating and acting to make appropriate decisions. Responsible for helping the team meet customer expectations and help the team meet daily production targets. Monitor the OSR. All other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Experience: 3+ years’
