Digital Transformation Tech Adoption Consultant
Key Role:

Lead the development and implementation strategies to increase the use and adoption of M365 technologies across the Booz Allen enterprise. Collaborate with service and product owners, IT, and business stakeholders to align technology adoption with business goals and objectives. Apply technical skills and understanding of the tools to implement new ways of working and business process improvements. Have ownership of overall roadmap of adoption and engagement plans to deliver successful projects while managing and mitigating end user fatigue. Design and deliver training programs and materials to assist users in transitioning to new technologies. Monitor adoption metrics and provide reports on progress and effectiveness of adoption efforts. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 products and services
  • 5+ years of experience in technology adoption strategies, training, and change management
  • 5+ years of experience with stakeholder management and engagement
  • 5+ years of experience with delivery, discovery, and demo training
  • 1+ years of experience with enterprise-level account management
  • Experience driving usage and adoption in a business context
  • Ability to influence and navigate within complex organizational structures
  • Master's degree
Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • Knowledge of organizational change and the user's perspective during technology transitions
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, including empathizing with users during times of change
  • Possession of excellent analytical skills to assess adoption patterns and identify areas for improvement

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
