Description du poste
Pour rpondre aux besoins de nos clients, nous acclrons le dveloppement de notre ple dexpertise Finance - Capital Market - Risques .
En tant que

Consultant,

vous serez susceptible dintervenir sur des

problmatiques financires, risques et lies aux produits financiers

au sein des banques de dtail et dinvestissement des diffrents acteurs de la Place et notamment pour les directions suivantes:
Finance (ALM, pilotage financier, contrle de gestion);
Oprations (FO/MO/BO);
Risques;
Comptabilit/ rglementaire,
Vous interviendrez sur des problmatiques telles que :
Finance:
oDiagnostic de la gestion financire, identification de

leviers doptimisation de la MNI ;
oAppui au dploiement dun

progiciel de march ALM ;
oElaboration dun dispositif de

pilotage de la marge nette dintrt ;
oModlisation de la trajectoire de

charges de fonctionnement et dfinition de KPI ;
oTransformation de la fonction Finance pour raliser

des gains defficacit oprationnelle .
Oprations (FO/MO/BO):
oLa

gestion Post Trade des oprations de march

(produits drivs, actions, obligations, );
oLa gestion de projets d optimisation des processus et des outils Front to Back ;
oLa

mise en conformit

rglementaire;
oL analyse de risques

et la mise en place de dispositifs de contrles;
oLa mise en place d outils de rconciliation et de reportings ;
oLa

valorisation, la comptabilisation

dinstruments financiers;
oRefonte de la

chane front to back doprations drivs.
Risques:
oElaboration du

cadre dapptence aux risques

et du tableau de bord destin au Conseil dAdministration;
oElaboration dun

outil de Capital Planning et de Stress tests ICAAP et ILAAP ;
oAccompagnement la

modlisation du risque de crdit ;
oRalisation de la

cartographie

des risques;
En tant que

Consultant:
Vous aurez pour tche de

raliser les missions et d'atteindre les objectifs

dans le respect des budgets et des calendriers;
Vous serez

garant de l'image de marque Fincley

au sein de l'quipe et auprs des clients;
Vous participerez activement au

dveloppement interne du cabinet et des communauts d'expertise

(recrutement, production d'articles et d'offres, formations internes et externes, ...);
Vous serez directement impliqus dans les

actions commerciales

pour nous aider

faire grandir le cabinet

(prospection, animation du rseau, rponses AO, ...).
Profil recherch
Vous tes diplm(e) dune grande cole de commerce ou d'ingnieur ou dune universit de premier rang avec une exprience russie

en conseil ou en gestion oprationnelle et conduite de projets au sein dtablissements financiers.
Vous tes autonome, rigoureux, vous avez un esprit synthtique et analytique, une bonne capacit dcoute, le sens du travail en quipe, une aisance dans la communication crite et orale (franais et anglais), et dune grande capacit dadaptation.
Vous tes galement curieux/curieuse et vous visez lexcellence : bref vous partagez
