Well established international renewable energy developer is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager for a long term contract assignment in Houston, Texas. Candidate will represent the company and provide overall supervision and oversight for the construction of a utility grade battery storage project. Per diem, mobilization, demobilization, and monthly trips home will be paid
location: Sulphur Springs, Texas

salary: $55 - 60 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: No Degree Required
responsibilities:
Responsibilities for the Site Manager
- Coordinate with the contractor and the project team to ensure the project plan and safety requirements are consistently and correctly implemented
- Monitors project schedule, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met
- Supervises on-site personnel, equipment, and subcontractors
- Work with the project team to resolve problems and implement corrective actions
- Inspects work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Utility grade Battery Storage project leadership experience required
- High voltage (substation/switchyard) experience ideal
- Experience scheduling, administering and managing projects to achieve successful outcome.
- Skilled with Excel and Word to produce daily and weekly progress reports
- Any Procore experience helpful
- Mobilization, demobilization, 7 days per week per diem, monthly trips home
working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Education: No Degree Required
