Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation·
  • Coordinate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications·
  • The ability to multi-task effectively and manage stress load appropriately·
  • Ensure safety standards per company Best Practices and OSHA standards are implemented at jobsites and that on-site leadership is enforcing it

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as commercial superintendent
  • Reading and comprehending construction plans, specifications, purchase agreements and project scope
  • Familiarity with construction management software and Microsoft office products, Buildertrend a plus
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
