**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Provide administrative support and act in a confidential capacity.

+ Calendar Management

+ Sign on behalf of superior, as delegated, his or her name to correspondence, requisitions, vouchers, and other forms of consequence.

+ Screen incoming calls, correspondence and respond independently when possible.

+ Transcribe and type correspondence, reports and other documents.

+ Fax correspondence, reports and other documents.

+ Coordinate activities including:

+ Scheduling meetings

+ Setting up conference calls

+ Dealing with overseas clients

+ Arrange travel itineraries, domestic & international

+ All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

+ Discretion, reliability, loyalty, flexibility and confidentiality a must.

+ Good communications and organizational skills

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong work ethic; highly professional demeanor

+ Typing 60 wpm or more Shorthand or Speed writing a plus PC proficient: Word, Excel, and Power Point

+ All other miscellaneous duties as required

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:**

+ Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
