Role Description

Tilly Therapy is seeking a full-time role for a Head of Recruiting. This person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process of provider candidates including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates that will be placed in school districts in various states. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing provider branding strategies and managing the onboarding and training program for new provider hires. If you thrive in a fast paced environment and have a passion for helping kids this could be the role for you. This is a hybrid role, based in Chicago, IL with flexibility for remote work and travel will be required.

  • Proven track record to hire and develop the best talent
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to lead a team of 5+ recruiters
  • Experience building recruiting teams across various regions
  • Lead by example and the ability to mentor team
  • High hiring bar; eye for match making the right talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational, project management and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the EdTech or Education staffing industry is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
