Who you are:

As the Provider Recruiter for Catholic Medical Center, you are the subject matter expert when it comes to talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. You understand and can articulate the value of hiring the right person to make the biggest impact on our patient's experience.

This is a hybrid role with potential to be fully remote.

What you'll do:
  • Conduct Intake Sessions with Hiring Managers to effectively understand position requirements to hire the best providers for Catholic Medical Center
    • Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
    • Create & implement Sourcing Plan
    • Educate internal constituents about current market and best practices for successful recruitment.
    • Collaborate with provider recruiter and VP of HR on recruitment strategies
  • Attend strategic recruitment and public relations activities to include attending job fairs and professional networking events
  • Works with Executive Leadership to create an excellent Candidate experience:
    • Coordinate and execute candidate site visits and prepare and distribute itineraries for provider candidates with appropriate staff.
    • Coordinate candidate travel and accommodation arrangements including community tours and evening events as appropriate.
    • Communicate with provider candidates throughout the process to ensure candidate has a realistic expectation of timeline and understands the status of their candidacy.
  • Deliver and negotiate offers verbally and in writing within the approved financial parameters.
    • Ensure reference checks are completed prior to any offer being made and that contracts are signed in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinate all pre-employment requirements with Employee Health and with members of Human Resources team
  • Facilitate licensing, credentialing, immigration, relocation, and orientation of all new providers.
  • Oversee onboarding process for all new providers in collaboration with our provider recruiter and relevant departments.
  • Conduct exit interviews when providers resign and reports findings tactfully to appropriate leadership.


Qualifications

What you'll bring:
  • 3+ years in recruitment with provider recruitment strongly preferred
    • Availability on some evening and weekends for recruitment and networking events
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and social media platforms strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) strongly preferred
