Review customer specifications, drawings, codes, and standards. Allocate necessary engineering, design, and testing resources. Define equipment and software deliverables. Collaborate to develop cost estimates. Lead design and testing for new equipment. Perform equipment sizing and design calculations. Prepare and submit required documentation. Provide technical support to internal teams, vendors, and customers. Assist with equipment installation and start-up. Some travel required. Qualifications: Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or permanent resident). B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. Five years of project engineering experience in manufacturing, focusing on electromechanical systems. Experience in marine or plumbing engineering is a plus. Familiarity with electrical controls and AutoCAD is advantageous. Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and codes. Strong communication skills for presenting information and responding to queries. Proficiency in relevant mathematical functions for engineering tasks.
