We are currently expanding our team and looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic organization in Southlake, TX, US This full-time position requires expertise in QuickBooks and involves a variety of accounting and finance-related responsibilities, as outlined below. The successful candidate will be based in our office. Responsibilities: • Perform various accounting and finance-related duties • Utilize QuickBooks extensively • Contribute to the growth and success of the organization Requirements: • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks • Previous experience in accounting or finance roles • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks • Ability to work effectively in a team environment Join our team as an Accounting Specialist and be a valuable asset in our organization's growth and success Responsibilities: • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable operations, performing reconciliations, maintaining vendor accounts, monitoring vendor W-9 forms, generating annual 1099s to vendors, and other finance-related obligations • Must have bookkeeping, general accounting, and Quickbooks software experience Qualifications: • Well-organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills • Work effectively with staff and public • Work independently • Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks • Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills • Respond appropriately to evaluation and changes in the work setting • At least one year of experience in finance • Experience in Excel and QuickBooks • Superb attention to detail • Experience with Odoo ERP a plus About Company: OUR VISION: EVEXIAS is transforming healthcare toward a preventive care model through integrative therapies and advanced technology.
