RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Under the supervision and direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the

Planning and Development Director promotes El Centro Family Health (ECFH) to its patients, customers and general public that are consistent with the organization's mission, vision and overall goals and objectives; to assist the CEO in caring out capital projects.

EDUCATION:

A ssociate degree in management or related field to requirements of the position. (Experience may substitute on a year for year basis of education.)

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in management.

PREFERRED

:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or other related field.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

Ability to operate personal computers, including using spreadsheet and word processing applications.

Ability to travel.

Maintain valid driver's license and clearance for unrestricted automobile insurance coverage pursuant to NM State law.

Gather, analyze, and process information for accurate and responsible decision-making.

Requires ability to listen and evaluate component parts of communications, to reach accurate

and objective conclusions.
