Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday HRIS Manager to join our dynamic HR team. As a Senior Workday HRIS Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support our rapidly growing workforce.

NJ & NY-based preferred; open to remote

Responsibilities:

Lead the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with company policies and regulations.Assess HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and streamline workflows.Oversee data integrity within the Workday system, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed. Develop and generate customized reports and analytics to support HR and business decision-making processes.Stay current with Workday updates, releases, and best practices, evaluating new features and functionalities to enhance system performance and user experience. Lead system upgrades and implementations, coordinating with internal stakeholders and business partners as necessary.Provide guidance, training, and support to HR staff and end-users on Workday system functionalities, processes, and best practices. Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries and escalations.Implement controls and measures to safeguard sensitive employee information and mitigate risks.Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, overseeing service agreements, performance metrics, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives and service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree a plus.5+ years of Workday core HCM experience; knowledge of Talent and Performance, Reporting, Recruiting and Payroll preferred2+ years of Workday leadership experience preferredProven track record of successfully managing and optimizing Workday HRIS systems in a large-scale, fast-paced environment, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industry.Excellent understanding of HR processes, data structures, and reporting requirements, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive results.Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
