Branch Manager
As a Branch Manager for Core Personnel Staffing, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and overall performance of a branch office. Your main objective will be to ensure efficient staffing operations, maintain client relationships, and drive business growth in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
Tasks
- Staffing and Recruitment: Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure an adequate pool of qualified candidates for client requirements. Monitor and assess the performance of recruiters and implement strategies to optimize the recruitment process.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the branch's market. Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue. Collaborate with the business development team to implement effective sales and marketing initiatives.
- Performance Management: Set performance targets and goals for the branch and monitor the achievement of those targets. Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to staff members to enhance their performance and drive results.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures. Prepare regular reports on branch performance, including key metrics, staffing trends, and financial results.
- Team Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment. Recruit, train, and develop staff members to build a skilled and motivated team. Provide ongoing training and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the staffing industry or a similar service-oriented industry.
- Strong knowledge of the staffing industry, including temporary staffing, permanent placement, and workforce solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
