Base pay range $65.00/hr - $75.00/hr Responsibilities Kforce has a remote client that is looking to bring on a Senior Scrum Master in Baltimore, MD to join their growing team and fast paced environment. Candidates who have 6-10 years of experience in a Senior Scrum Master/Product Owner role and who have been engaged on AI/Data projects are encouraged to apply. In this role, you will be responsible for sharing Product ownership responsibilities, conducting Agile ceremonies, and keeping the team's backlog aligned with broader organizational goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree Experience working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on challenging initiatives Project experience where AI and data products have been integrated into business workflows Experience with Azure DevOps, Git workflows, and Azure services Enterprise-scale Agile programs and cross-functional orchestration projects involving multiple teams and shared resources AI, machine learning, and data engineering projects Sales process modernization experience would be a bonus We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees.
