With roughly $10B in assets under management, we have earned a reputation for effectively managing our clients' needs and goals.As a new accounts specialist on our middle office team, you will work to provide seamless account opening experiences, attentive account maintenance and superior client support for our front office teams.Responsibilities: Assist Client Relationship Specialists and other members of Front Office with new account applications and account maintenance itemsReview, approve and process new account paperwork, including verification that pertinent information is correct and complete prior to coding various systemsAdhere to and ensure all workflow activities follow established risk controls, and are in compliance with applicable policies, procedures and regulationsProvide friendly, accurate, and efficient client service and communicationCollaborate with other members of the middle office team to resolve internal and client-facing issuesAssist with the implementation and testing of new systems, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency and qualityRequirements: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-3 years' of relevant work experienceExperience or avid interest in the financial services industryExtremely proficient with use of technology, and demonstrated ability to learn new processes and technology platformsWillingness to collaborate with teammates and consult appropriate parties when additional guidance is neededAbility to multi-task and retain composure under pressure or with conflicting prioritiesStrong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skillsTakes direction well and demonstrates proactive follow through on assigned tasksEOE
