Roles And Responsibilities

Deal Structuring and Negotiation:

Investor Relations and Fundraising:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, communicating investment strategies, performance updates, and portfolio insights.
Support fundraising efforts, preparing investment memoranda, presentations, and due diligence materials for potential investors.
Market Research and Industry Analysis:
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and investment themes.
Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and economic trends impacting venture capital investments.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and mentor a team of investment professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
Proven experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or related fields, with a successful track record of sourcing and executing investments.
Deep understanding of venture capital investment processes, deal structuring, due diligence, and portfolio management.
Strong network within the venture capital ecosystem, including relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities, perform financial modeling, and assess market risks.
