Direct actions to stabilize and document incidents appropriately.Establish compliance with safety codes and other regulations. Ensure the facility operates in accordance with hospital policies and complies with all authorities having jurisdiction including but not limited to PA DOH, JCAHO, OSHA, CMSProvide leadership and oversight of the Emergency Operations Plan and Emergency Management processesPartner with CNO to lead in the design and development of specific emergency plans, preparation, response and recover including management of required drills and documentationPrioritize utilization of resources while maintaining patient safety/life safety expectations.Participates in new service planning.Participates in unit and organizational process improvement activities.Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Executive Officer to maintain excellent inventory control; Collaborates with health care team members in a professional and respectful manner.Responds in a timely and appropriate manner to all recall notices in collaboration with the Patient Safety Officer.Communicates in an effective, professional, and respectful manner with patients, families, physicians, coworkers, vendors, and other members of the health care team.Assume a visible and contributing role within the community by demonstrating ASHs commitment to the local area with charitable organizations.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:EDUCATION : Bachelors degree required.LICENSURE : None required.EXPERIENCE : Previous experience in purchasing and/or materials management preferred.Min:USD $85,000.00/Yr.Max:USD $(phone number removed)/Yr.#J-18808-Ljbffr
