A manufacturing services company in Illinois is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their team as their new Director of E-commerce.

Responsibilities:
The Director of E-commerce will:

  • Manage the overall performance of our digital commerce platforms to ensure seamless user experiences that are efficient and engaging
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance growth, profitability, and overall excellence across all ecommerce channels
  • Direct PPC, SEO, and digital marketing efforts to optimize online visibility and conversion rates
  • Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and technology partners to streamline ecommerce operations
  • Integrate ecommerce activities with inventory management and supply chain processes
  • Design and implement customer satisfaction and loyalty programs that prioritize personalized experiences
  • Oversee Product Information Management (PIM) systems to maintain accurate and consistent product data across all channels
  • Lead, inspire, and develop the ecommerce team to achieve exceptional results
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience managing large-scale ecommerce operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving ecommerce growth and profitability
  • Proficiency in PPC, Klaviyo email marketing, SMS marketing, A/B testing, SEO, and PIM systems
  • Technical proficiency in ecommerce technologies and web analytics tools
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Innovative mindset with a customer-centric approach and solid financial acumen
