Director of Development - Dyersburg Housing Authority

Dyersburg Housing Authority is seeking a candidate to perform a variety of duties in the development and modernization of affordable low-income housing. Qualified candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, and development activities with low-income housing programs, and must have experience with HUD's Capital Fund Program. Duties include, but are not limited to, the administration of projects related directly to the provision of affordable housing in compliance with HUD regulations.
Desired qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Management, Public Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university, and experience in low-income or tax credit property management in a senior supervisory capacity, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a valid Tennessee Driver's License and be an insurable driver.
