DescriptionDigital Marketing Specialist (Entry-Level)The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in executing daily digital marketing tasks that will contribute to the company's continued growth and success. The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist the marketing team with the development and execution of online marketing initiatives and campaigns across multiple marketing channels and platforms: organic search, paid search and display advertising, email marketing, and social media. The Digital Marketing Specialist must possess a willingness and desire to grow and learn new skills in an ever-evolving industry landscape. This can be a remote work position.Responsibilities:Collaborate and assist the marketing team with the execution of various digital marketing tasks.Perform keyword research for paid search & SEO.Write and optimize copy for ads, SEO, email campaigns, website and/or landing page content, and social media. Assist with the implementation and optimization of paid advertising campaigns (e.g. building campaigns, monitoring budgets, identifying negative keywords, contacting support, etc.). Brainstorm and execute A/B tests to improve digital marketing campaign performance.Assist in the creation of marketing analytics reports for our franchisees.Monitor website traffic, performance, keyword rankings, and site health.Assist with the implementation of on-page and technical SEO optimizations.Stay on top of industry trends and updates, to foster collaboration and ensure continued growth and success. Franchisee email communication: Craft clear and concise responses to specific franchisee questions or concerns. Maintaining a positive and professional tone. Qualifications:Able to work independently, as well as with a team. Strong work ethic, proactive, initiative, resourceful, and keen attention to detail.Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.Honesty and integrity, professionalism, and dependability.Strong problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset.A willingness and desire to learn, grow, and continually get better.Willing to travel to Corporate headquarters in Florence, KY for important events, on occasion. Experience:Relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g. marketing, business, data analytics, or communications), OR equivalent combination of education and experience.1-3 years of digital marketing/related experience.Experience with G Suite products such as Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Slides is preferred. Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or SEO Tools is a bonus.RequirementsRelevant Bachelor's degree1 to 3 years of digital marketing experience.Company InformationKona Ice is a fun, always changing work environment.
