Preferred Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash. Experience with s3 CLI and API scripting. Familiarity with middleware and telecom technologies. Knowledge of Linux distributions and administration. Understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP, routing protocols, and network communications. Experience with CI/CD pipeline solutions such as Git, Jenkins, and CodePipeline. Proficiency in virtualization and containerized orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and Docker. Familiarity with Kubernetes networking, load balancing, and pod security. Expertise in Linux systems administration, networking, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with various AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc. Proficiency in infrastructure or application automation tools like Terraform and CloudFormation. Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, ELK, Grafana, and Prometheus.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Six years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 2 years of experience supporting public cloud platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code solutions like Ansible, Terraform, and CloudFormation. Conceptual understanding of DevOps and agile methodologies. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proven track record of operational process improvement. AWS certifications (Associate level and higher) and Kubernetes certifications are a plus.
