Descripción del puesto
Misión:
Gestionar y definir los recursos necesarios para la ejecución material de la instalación y coordinar todos estos recursos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, plazos y costes establecidos por la empresa y el cliente.
Funciones:
* Gestionar y definir los recursos necesarios (materiales, empresas industriales, profesionales, etc.) para la ejecución material de la obra y coordinar todos estos recursos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos de seguridad, calidad, planificación y costes de la operación en coordinación con ingeniería, compras y logística de suministros y servicios subcontratados.* Revisar el comparativo de ofertas de materiales, empresas industriales, profesionales, etc. y compartir la información con el Project Manager antes de la adjudicación.* Supervisar y coordinar con el contratista, asegurando que las labores contratadas se llevan a cabo según el contrato.* Supervisar el rendimiento del subcontratista. Supervisar las operaciones cotidianas y realizar el seguimiento de la ejecución de acuerdo con los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, alcance, costes y plazos.* Supervisar y coordinar las labores diarias de cada Departamento para el cumplimiento de los plazos, según el cronograma.* Colaborar permanentemente con el Departamento de Ingeniería para encontrar las mejores soluciones técnicas.* Velar por la seguridad y salud de todo el personal a su cargo, conforme a la normativa del país o región.* Coordinación y gestión de la transferencia del proyecto para la O&M, en el ámbito del período de garantía de la obra.* Liderar la puesta en marcha de la instalación.* Validar las certificaciones mensuales del proyecto y variaciones de coste derivadas.* Cumplir con los Planes de Gestión; Seguridad, Calidad y Medio Ambiente asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos del cliente, los requisitos legales de Seguridad y de Medio Ambiente y los requisitos internos del Sistema de Gestión Integrado de Prodiel
Requisitos del candidato
Experiencia general: Experiencia igual o superior a 5 años liderando y coordinando equipos de trabajo en obras industriales.
Experiencia en tecnología: Deseable 3 años.
Formación Académica/Titulación: Grado en Ingeniería o equivalente.
Máster: Valorable posgrado en Project Management.
Inglés: Nivel medio.
Conocimientos adicionales:
* Gestión de Proyectos.* Control de producción (estados de avance).* Requisitos legales en materia de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente de aplicación.* Control de costes.* ERP.* Microsoft Project o similar.* Presto o similar.* Microsoft Office 365: nivel medio-alto.* Sistemas de Gestión en Seguridad, Calidad y Medio Ambiente en obra.
