Job DescriptionTargeted Annual Pay Range: Minimum of $90,000.00 to a maximum of $100,000.00
BENEFITS

PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages day to day operations of the Southeast, Main or St. Paul Steam Heating Plant.
- Schedules plant maintenance/outages, including plant walkdowns with potential bidders.
- Responsible for plant procurement and adherence to Company policies and procedures relating to same.
- Responsible for approving employee timecards, along with allocating their schedules.
- Assist with the annual Business and Financial Planning efforts to be presented to Veolia management.
- Ensure the safe and reliable operation of the steam plants.
Work Environment: Primary schedule consists of Monday through Friday daytime hours, with paid holidays. Emergency and special conditions may involve weekends, holidays and unscheduled hours.
QualificationsEducation / Experience / Background
- High school graduate or equivalent as a minimum. Bachelor's or higher baccalaureate degree preferable.
- Five years of work in a large, high pressure steam heating plant or in high pressure boiler operation. Supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Chief Engineer Grade A stationary engineer's license, State of Minnesota.
Required Certification / Licenses / Training
- Current and valid driver's license.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment physical after a conditional job offer has been made.
- Must successfully complete drug and alcohol screening as required.
