Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Reports to: Customer Service Lead Company Description Reid Lifting is a global leader in innovative, lightweight, and portable lifting and access solutions. Our products improve safety and productivity every day. We are expanding our U.S. team and looking for a motivated professional to join us and help us continue to grow. Role Description This hybrid role combines inside sales support with customer service excellence. Youll assist with inside sales activities, including quoting, follow?ups, and supporting regional sales initiatives. Youll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive accurate product guidance, timely quote and order updates, and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Provide first?class inside sales support and customer service via phone, email, and CRM. Support regional sales efforts and reseller relationships. Understand technical aspects of Reids product range to advise customers. Prepare and follow up on quotes; maintain CRM records. Process orders accurately and coordinate timely acknowledgements. Communicate with key contacts and resolve issues promptly. Liaise with UK headquarters for non?standard items and inquiries. Contribute to U.S. growth strategy and report on performance metrics. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting, and/or a 2-year or 4-year degree. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to learn technical product details and provide accurate guidance. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Self?starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Traits Collaborative and personable. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Some lifting and product handling required. Must complete Competent Person Training for Reid products.
