Workday HCM Functional Lead (contract)

We are looking for a 'Workday HCM Functional Lead' to lead a brand new Workday implementation for a global organization. This is a long term contract opportunity set to start in early September 2024 with go live set for January 2026.

This organization has 5000+ employees in 26+ countries and is set to begin their Workday implementation in September 2024. They are looking to bring on a Workday HCM Lead to lead their implementation which will include Workday HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, and US Payroll modules.

The right candidate will have experience leading on at least 2 end-to-end Workday HCM implementations.

Responsibilities in this role include stakeholder management, leading design workshops, leading requirements gathering, and supporting configuration. Exceptional stakeholder management skills are required.

This is a long term contract opportunity with the project going live in early 2026. Ideally candidates will be based in or around Alpharetta, GA or Boston, MA as occasional travel to the office in either location may be required.
