Associate Product Manager

We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our inclusive, tight-knit team at 3Advance You’ll need to have a passion for digital products, innovation, and a healthy balance of creativity and organization. You should also have a minimum of two years of experience in project management or entrepreneurship.

The successful candidate will have the right combination of strong independent organizational skills and the ability to manage and collaborate with our startup clients and expert team. You will advocate for great design and engineering in collaboration with user needs, while effectively meeting business objectives and deadlines. You’ll be comfortable giving and receiving candid feedback in a respectful, fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be an important member of our Product Development team, supported by our band of experts. You will help translate business requirements into user-friendly mobile, web, and web3 applications. This will involve drafting functional requirements, user stories, time estimations, and clearly outlined roadmaps. It will require typical project management skills, but with a focus on client business success. You will continue to support the development, roll-out, and data-driven growth of the products you bring to market.
Role Function
Serve as the main point of contact on all assigned projects.
Organize, schedule, and steer project-specific meetings.
Create, maintain and organize project-specific documents, roadmaps, etc.
Lead discovery and strategy sessions with stakeholders and team.
Lead story-point estimation sessions with developers and designers.
Lead sprint retrospectives, sprint planning, and tracking velocity of sprints towards releases.
Set expectations for meetings, internal and external communications, deliverables, and go-live.
Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities.
Requirements
Located in the US
We’re remote, with folks in DC, SF, Chicago, and Austin.
An appreciation for the final product as much as the process.
Experience with writing and validating user stories with acceptance criteria.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools like Slack, Notion, and Asana.
Understanding of UX and how it impacts a product.
Experienced at prioritizing multiple tasks and requests.
Independent and proactive with strong attention to detail.
Experience hosting external stakeholder meetings and workshops.
Data-driven, analytic approach to future planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
