Immanuel Communities is seeking an Experienced Full time Day Server to work up to 40 hours/week 6:00am to 2:30 or 3:00pm Monday through Friday (including some holidays) at Copper Shores Village, located at 1500 Edgewater Drive, Pleasant Hill, IA 50327. Copper Shores Village has 67 independent living apartments, 38 assisted living apartments and 14 memory support apartments. Located right next to Copper Creek Lake.

This position will pay up to $17.42/hour (straight pay/no tips). Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education. Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this position.

Job Duties & Skills Required:

What You Will Do

As a Server you will take orders and serve food to residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner. Additional responsibilities of this job include setting-up the dining room and designated areas in the kitchen in anticipation of meals, and clearing tables, meeting diners needs, handling food safely, delivering food to apartments, and cleaning kitchen and dining areas. Facilitates a pleasant dining experience for the residents and guests who dine at the community.

Skills & Requirements

One (1) year dining room serving experience is required.

Minimum age of 18 years old required.
