What You'll Do:

  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders with a smile
  • Learn our menu, promotions, and specials to share with our guests
  • Check in with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met
  • Assist with questions, requests, and issue resolution with a positive attitude
  • Help keep our centers clean and organized
  • Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
  • Recommend and upsell our center experience to enhance our guests' visits

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (optional)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests
  • A commitment to delivering great guest service
  • Ability to meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
